SELF INTRODUCTION:
I am 39 year-old and I work as a management support officer in educational industry.
BEFORE USE:
I used to have migraine problem for the last 5 years. This problem causes me severe pain and usually can't sleep at night and I would cry at night. I was under medication but situation got worsen. I also have frequent leg cramp, serious backache due to Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc (PID) and gastric too. Whenever I walk for about 20mins, I would encounter muscle cramp and have to stop before continuing to walk again. Backache has caused me many sleepless night and gastric when I didn't have proper meals.
AFTER USE:
After using LFI's products for a period of 2 months, I lost 7.4Kg from 68.5Kg to 61.1Kg. I could manage to sleep very well due to no pain from my backache at night. The best of all is I can jog for 2km within 16mins and go to gym for workout without having legs and muscle cramps. Furthermore, my colleagues were caught in the flu and I didn't fall sick. Hence, I am really happy and glad that I can do exercise liked I used to do.
